During our recent stay at Portrait Firenze, we were impressed by the attentive and helpful staff. When we had an issue with the mattress and water temperature, they immediately addressed it by changing the mattress and upgrading our room. The view from our superior suite was fantastic and just as beautiful as advertised. We also loved how the hotel catered to families, providing nice kids shower and bed kits. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful romantic getaway! The location was perfect, with fine views right from our suite's windows. It was so convenient to have all the main attractions within a short walking distance. The staff were attentive and the housekeeping was efficient. The personalized welcome for our anniversary was a lovely touch. The beds were comfortable, and the decor was elegant. We also enjoyed the Bluetooth sound system and the convenience of the kitchenette and microwave.

There were a couple of small inconveniences. The smart TV system in our room was faulty, but it wasn't a big deal since we didn't really need it with so much to explore around.

There were also some negative aspects to our experience. the bar and restaurant had early closing hours when we wanted to relax and have a drink after dinner.

Here, we felt like kings with the luxurious room advantages. the massage services are top notch and fulfilled all our needs. the garden area offers a peaceful haven from the bustling city. the continental breakfast in the restaurant had so many options and was delicious. the private facilities were exclusive and private, making us feel special. The location was perfect, everything we needed was within walking distance. Cons: the only minor issue we experienced this stay was that the bar/lounge area was not well-stocked with snacks and the snack bar was not open at all times.
